-Brush your teeth at least twice or day
-Use a waterflosser or a dental floss to clean the interdental spaces
-Use an alcohol free mouthwash
-Each member of the family must have a toothpaste that is proper for his age. There is no toothpaste for all\u00a0ages!!!
-Change your toothbrush every 2-3 months
-Visit your dentist twice a year<\/p>
